Get to Know 40-Year OAPSE Member Sheila Dawkins-Flinn

OAPSE members do important work all over the state, and we want to introduce you to some of the more than 36,000+ who are making a difference for Ohio’s children and families.

Sheila Dawkins-Flinn is a Learning Resource Center Tech at Akron City Schools. And Sheila has been a proud OAPSE member for more than 40 years! She is also a leader in the Northeast District and is the district’s executive board member.
